1. Requirements
•Who are your ideal housemates?
•Would you like a garden?
•Is an en-suite important to you?
•Do you need parking?

2. Viewings
We will arrange viewings of carefully selected properties that are catered to your needs to help you make that all important decision
3. Holding Deposit
Once you have selected a room, we ask for a £100 holding deposit which contributes towards your initial deposit. This ensures the room is no longer marketed or shown to anyone else!
4. Referencing
Before commencing with the tenancy, we will need to obtain satisfactory references from your employer and/or a previous or current landlord.
5. Tenancy Agreement
We will prepare your tenancy agreement which you will receive electronically via Docusign. You can take your time to read through it and you can sign it electronically when you are ready.
6. Deposit & Rent
You will need to make the remaining payment towards your deposit and the first month’s rent by your move in date.
