I can't remember when Fiona took over our property management, but I'm so grateful she did!

The level of service and attention has been excellent since she's come on board.

As a tenant in one of the properties managed by Fiona, I would say the management has been impeccable. Fiona has a friendly personality, always readily available to attend to her tenants via phone or in person. She listen keenly to all concerns and pays great attention to details. She always endeavours to make your stay very comfortable. She always make sure the property is well maintained and clean both indoors and outdoors. I’ve only been a tenant in one of the properties Fiona manages for about 6 weeks now and I’ve never known of a manager to be so good and attentive!! She is so so easy to contact and everything is dealt with immediately. Very hands on, lovely and professional. She really helped me during Covid as I was living at work and needed to get out so Fiona did viewings over video calls for me and worked out a way to get me in. Very very highly recommended!
